Victor Eduardo Tello Pecina Has Created the Non Profit Sports Foundation Promotora Mexicana De Valores Deportivos, Ac, to Promote, Project and Encourage Children and Young High Performance Athletes in Our Area at the Local, State, National and International Level. Thus We Intend to Revive the Childhood and Youth of Our State Who Have Deserted in the Practice of a Sport by the Lack of Material Resources or a Lack of Financial Support.

in the Same Way, We Intend to Improve Their Family Relationships and Their Environment So That They Can Maintain Good Communication with Parents, Coaches, Friends, Family and Society, As Well, with Information and Best Relationships We Can Avoid They Become Victims of Alcoholism, Drug Addiction, Vandalism, and Help to Combat Child Exploitation, Bullying, Abuse and Discrimination.
